Where can I find my Doceri Desktop license key?

Every Doceri user automatically has an account set up at where you can edit your account details, including changing your email address, which is also your username.

To find your license key(s), log into by clicking the My Account link in the upper right corner of the page. If you don't know your password, click on the Forgot Password? link to reset it. After logging in, click My Account to view your account page, which will list all of your Doceri Desktop license keys and the display name of every computer on which each is registered, as well as the number of seats available on a multi-seat license key. Click on Order History in the left rail to view your past orders.

You can use the Deregister link next to any computer name to clear the registration of any seat if you no longer have the registered computer and did not deregister beforehand; you will get an error message if you try to register using the same license key a second time without first deregistering. Please submit a support ticket here (including your license key code and machine name) if you would like us to deregister it for you.
